Home Care Buffalo is a nonprofit home health care agency certified by the New York State Department of Health. We provide a wide range of services to anyone in Erie County who is recovering from illness, surgery or disability.

Home health care provides skilled nursing and other health care services in the comfort, convenience and privacy of your own home.

You can sleep in your own bed, eat your own food, maintain an independent life-style and recover at your own pace. In general, patients do much better in a home environment, among family, friends and familiar surroundings. Also, when compared to hospitalization, home health care often reduces costs as much as 50 percent.

Our special affiliation with Hospice Buffalo allows patients to be transferred easily into the traditional Hospice program if it becomes desired or appropriate.
