The mission of Life Transitions Center is to provide education, counseling, information, support, and resources to anyone concerned about issues related to loss, grief, death, and living with a life-threatening illness.

The Life Transitions Center offers a variety of services to help people cope with death related issues. Programs are available for adults, children, families and individuals. It is the Center's goal to ensure that no one who is grieving or living with a serious illness will have to struggle alone.
