Our professional staff is available to provide individual and family counseling for people of all ages who need help coping with the death of a loved one or who are struggling with the effects of chronic or life-threatening illness. Crisis Intervention/Postvention

Life Transitions Center provides emergency support following a death in a school, business or agency. Professional staff is available to offer on-site assistance when a school or place of work is struggling to support a student or employee who is seriously ill.

The Western New York Satellite Office of Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) provides comprehensive professional support to families whose infant died suddenly and unexpectedly of any cause.

The Western New York Perinatal Bereavement Network is a group of healthcare professionals and parents who have experienced perinatal death, specifically miscarriage, ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, stillbirth and early infant death. The Network promotes standards of bereavement intervention through educational support, community programs and referral services to bereaved parents.
